We aim to ship within 5 days of order receipt. If this is not practical, we will advise within 24 hours of order receipt. Our shipping partner is DHL Express.

All works are professionally packaged and insured during shipping. Whilst every care is taken, we are unable to guarantee a damage free package. In the unlikely event a package arrives damaged we have a procedure to manage these situations. We ask you to register any delivery issue with us within 24 hours of receipt at . Where practical we aim to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as we take pride in our customer service.

Returns Policy

In the rare occurrence the purchased item is deemed unsatisfactory we will consider a 7 day money back guarantee so long as:

Molasses House is advised of your request within 3 days of receipt of the work of art via email or by calling 01582 712222

The receipt of purchase is available.

1. The work of art is in its original condition and packaging to enable an immediate resale
2. If these conditions are met a full refund of the purchase price will be made less a 15% handling fee.
3. All costs for the return of the work of art will be at the customers cost including any statutory taxes due (only applicable for international shipments)

Purchasing online you automatically be bound by the terms and conditions available on the Molasses House website.

Reservation Policy

Any work of art placed on reserve will require a 50% deposit to remove the item from sale for 7 days.

All works of art remain the property of Molasses House until payment in full has been received whereupon ownership and associated liability passes to the purchaser.
