Gee Gee Collins

Gee Gee Collins is a contemporary artist from Atlanta, Georgia. She studied painting at the College of Charleston and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Georgia, before overseas study at the Lamar Dodd School of Art in Cortona, Italy.

Gee Gee has been drawn to the power of color and the purity of minimalism. Her sweeping brushstrokes and vivid palette form luminous layers that evoke both movement and memory, lending each piece a layered, ethereal quality.
