Nicola Hyslop

A self taught artist, Nicola has been painting for more than 12 years in Berkshire, England.

​She loves to create images and express her thoughts through colour and brush strokes - creating a sense of movement and shape. 

​She loves to create pieces where people can imagine a time, a place or a feeling. Viewers can expect drama, energy and intrigue from her pieces.

Every time Nicola picks up a paintbrush, she has a new idea of how to translate the image into something beautiful.

Her style varies depending on the feeling and mood. Each picture is an adventure. From neutral to bold colours, Nicola paints what she loves and she loves what she paints.

Prior to her art career, Nicola worked in the corporate world for leading organisations including Microsoft and American Express.  She is also a mother of two, Jake 7 and Bella 5.

Nicola is a true believer of 'life isn't a dress rehearsal' if you have the chance to do what you love, go for it.
